My own workout on a game day here in Dallas: 20k Kettlebell 5 Tri Sets of the following: Get Up x1 ea. Pull Up x1 1-Leg Squat x1 ea.  (Pistol Style)   Swings- 4×25 I had about 20-30 minutes to get this done.
